Shorts are the New Skirt

Okay, so maybe the title isn’t technically fashion-fact (just in case it is, you heard it here first), but these silky shorts really are a great alternative to a skirt. I dressed them down here with a comfy sweater and loafers, but they could easily transition into evening with a sexy tank or a comfortable T and heels. Or pair a blazer with silk shorts for an updated preppy look. What do you think? Are silky shorts the new skirts, or what?!
